Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architectural Engineering/Design preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficient in pre-construction estimating, cost analysis, and project bidding.
• Experience with estimating software and drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects from conceptual to final estimate.
• Develop quantity takeoffs using ACC ProEst or Sage Estimating and input into the project estimate.
• Create bid packages with applicable forms and scope exhibits.
• Develop bidders list and invitations to bid using Building Connected.
• Coordinate with project team to approve bidders list and adjust as needed.
• Conduct risk analysis related to cost and schedule impacts.
• Prepare P6 preconstruction schedules and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve cost discrepancies.
