Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, properly formatted take-offs for all CSI divisions.
• Perform job-specific take-offs for active projects.
• Prepare material lists for projects.
• Confirm estimate conforms with local municipality requirements.
• Ensure selections and specifications match owner intent.
• Provide input and problem solving during design and pricing.
• Assemble bids and coordinate with subs/vendors; lead bid invitations.
• Organize and file data for historical cost purposes.
• Prepare estimates for RFP responses and proposals.
