Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architectural Engineering/Design or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of pre-construction PM experience in commercial construction.
• Advanced knowledge of pre-construction and estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with construction contract language and risk assessment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-focused communication abilities.
• Strong reading ability for construction documents and autonomous work style.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling/estimating tools.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to work 9 hours/day, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients from initial contact, cultivate relationships, and pursue opportunities to close deals.
• Lead estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement for meaningful opportunities.
• Analyze bids and develop conceptual budgets with minimal design parameters.
• Coordinate presentations and client interviews; manage multiple pursuits.
• Support operations team with estimating change orders and client relations as needed.
• Strengthen and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
