Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to join our national data center growth effort. This role supports projects across Texas, Arizona, Oregon, and Utah, contributing to detailed cost estimates and bid preparations.

You will lead small to medium estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze contract documents, and build strong relationships with subtrade partners while mentoring junior staff on bid processes and schedule development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline or trade experience.
• 4 years of progressive cost estimating experience; 6 months on-site preferred.
• Experience leading pursuits valued up to $25 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium estimates and review bid documents.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze contracts.
• Populate tender forms and support pursuit scheduling.
• Build relationships with subtrade partners and suppliers.
