Qualifications

Strong mathematical and technical writing skills.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Prepares Estimate, bid schedules and perform Takeoff while preparing and sending preliminary scope letters, bid forms and documents to meet bid schedules.
Completes Estimate Summary sheet.
Assists with the research of detailing, fabrication, and field problems.
Responsible for the Bid Process and Coordinating with Responsible Salesman.
Responsible for making sure outstanding service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels, phone calls, meetings, and job sites.
Maintains accurate records and documentation for each job and a desirable work area.
