Job summary

A respected construction firm in Wenatchee is seeking a Construction Estimator to play a critical role in project development. The ideal candidate will develop estimates from final construction documents, coordinate bids, and collaborate with teams to ensure precision. Candidates should hold a degree in Construction Management or have relevant experience, as well as familiarity with estimating software. Competitive salary range between $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience, with a culture that values diversity and teamwork.

• 2+ years of estimating experience or 3+ years as a Project Engineer with exposure to preconstruction.

Do you love turning drawings and specs into actionable cost models that drive real-world impact? As a Construction Estimator at Absher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our projects from the earliest stages. You’ll be a key part of the team that builds out full-scope estimates, coordinates subcontractor bids, and helps position Absher to win exciting, high-impact work.

What You’ll Do

• Develop full-scope estimates based on final construction documents
• Coordinate proposal and bid efforts, including subcontractor outreach
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs across a variety of trades and enter data into our estimating software
• Collaborate with the Lead and Chief Estimator to review unit pricing, pursuit strategy, and final proposals

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
