Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in West Valley City, UT is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will document communications, guide clients through the repair journey, and ensure alignment with DRP requirements while supporting the management team in daily operations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process.
• Understand and apply insurance programs and procedures.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Guide customers through repair process and keep them informed.
• Coordinate with insurance companies per DRP requirements.
• Assist team to meet KPIs and repair facility goals.
• Support all team members as needed.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
