Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Franklin, TN is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, while communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as directed by the Store Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and customers.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
