As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Implementation Manager who can bridge the gap between construction expertise and technology adoption.

Position Overview

The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value from our platform. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on HVAC, plumbing, or MEP industry experience who is excited about helping contractors modernize the way they work.

You'll lead software implementations, train customers, build trusted relationships with engineers and estimators, and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the onboarding process. Success in this role requires a combination of industry credibility, presentation skills, and a passion for helping people learn new technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful adoption.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person training sessions for engineers, estimators, project managers, and operations teams.
• Configure software to align with customer workflows and business objectives.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics for each customer.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and become a subject matter expert on their workflows.
• Provide best‑practice guidance around estimating, takeoffs, bid management, and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to deliver training, support implementations, and strengthen customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or MEP industry background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working at an MEP contractor, engineering firm, or manufacturer representative organization.
• Hands‑on experience with estimating, takeoffs, blueprint review, and bid management processes.
• Working knowledge of construction document and blueprint software such as Bluebeam, On‑Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar tools.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently lead training sessions for large groups.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, onboard, or mentor others.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing software, technology platforms, or business systems.
• Customer Success, Training, Consulting, or Account Management experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS or construction technology solutions.
