Job summary

ECC Exteriors, a Pacific Northwest exterior renovations leader, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will independently manage bids, analyze plans, and develop takeoffs for large-scale projects.

Travel across Washington and Oregon, plus site visits, office work, and collaboration with project managers to craft competitive proposals. Salary starts at $75,000+ with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (exterior renovations, multi-family or commercial preferred).
• Proven ability to manage estimates independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and cost drivers.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel outside the region as needed.
• Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits.
• Travel between job sites across Washington and Oregon.

• Maintain and refine estimating databases, cost history and tools.
