• Relevant experience in construction, engineering consulting, or testing services; prior work with multidisciplinary teams is beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with local building codes, industry standards, and bidding processes is a plus.

Role Description

This full-time Estimator role is an on-site position based in Troy, MI. The Estimator will prepare cost estimates for engineering, testing, and consulting services by reviewing project plans, specifications, and related documentation. The Estimator will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and technical staff to ensure estimates reflect accurate scope, schedule, and resource requirements. The role also involves updating and maintaining cost databases, assisting with bid preparation, and supporting client communications to clarify scope and pricing.
