Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to guide customers through the repair process, assess vehicle damage, and document repairs and parts replacements. You will coordinate with insurance companies, maintain clear communication, and uphold KPI targets in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of relevant experience, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in auto repairs/estimation or related field.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software.
• Understanding of DRP processes and requirements.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information about repair steps and timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, insurers and service teams throughout the repair process.
• Contribute to meeting store KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team trainings as required.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
