Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Elk River, MN, seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process. You’ll document interactions, guide customers through repairs, and maintain KPI targets to drive repair success.

You will participate in production walks, complete I-CAR training, and ensure DRP and insurance program compliance while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and other duties as required.
• Attend training sessions and meetings and maintain store KPIs.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
