Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Minnesota to assess vehicle damage, prepare repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair journey. You will document interactions, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the repair team to align with KPIs and WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks with the management team and attend safety meetings.
• Support team members and help maintain store KPIs.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way principles and company values.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
