Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Little Falls, MN, is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs and parts, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, and be willing to complete

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in auto collision/estimate environment preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and document repairs and parts.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with DRP and WOW Operating Way requirements.
• Maintain store KPIs and support team members.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
