Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Sauk City, WI is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinating repairs.

You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document interactions, guide the repair process, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.

A high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience are required; I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required
• Maintain store KPIs by optimal performance and teamwork

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
