We’re partnering with multiple well-established commercial construction firms in South Florida that are actively hiring Senior Estimators with true ground-up commercial experience. These teams are growing, busy, and looking for estimators who want ownership, visibility, and a real seat at the table.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead detailed estimates for ground-up commercial projects
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to develop accurate, competitive bids
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids
• Partner closely with Preconstruction, PMs, and Executives
• Identify cost risks, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
• Participate in bid strategy and pursuit meetings
• Support and mentor junior estimators when applicable
• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience estimating projects such as office, retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily
• Strong knowledge of construction means & methods
• Proficiency with estimating tools (OST, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
• Confident communicator who can defend numbers and assumptions
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
