Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a Florida General Contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, retail, and big box construction projects across the state. Location: Boca Raton or Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate conceptual and detailed estimates, reviewing drawings and bid documents, soliciting subcontractor pricing, developing budgets, takeoffs, and bid proposals, and collaborating with operations during preconstruction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience estimating big box retail and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and pricing.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software and quantity takeoffs.

Estimator - Commercial / Big Box Retail Construction

Location: Boca Raton, FL or Tampa, FL
Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 Base Salary
