Job summary

Araina Group in Miami is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its preconstruction team, supporting the pursuit and pricing of ground-up high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use projects across South Florida.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP/hard bid, perform full quantity takeoffs, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, and review drawings to identify risks and VE opportunities.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their preconstruction team, supporting the pursuit and pricing of ground-up high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP/hard bid
• Performing full quantity takeoffs across all trades
• Soliciting, leveling, and evaluating subcontractor bids
• Reviewing drawings/specs to identify risks and VE opportunities
• Building relationships with subs, vendors, and design teams
• Collaborating with project executives on budgets and bid strategy
