You will prepare conceptual estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes cost discipline, value engineering, and clear communication as you support large-scale projects in the Tampa Bay area.

Qualifications

• Experience with a general contractor is preferred.
• Understanding of takeoffs, budgeting and subcontractor pricing.
• Exposure to large or complex construction projects.
• High-rise or multifamily experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Must currently live in the Tampa Bay area.
