Job summary

Aeromechanical, a division of Hoffman and Hoffman, is seeking an Estimator to support the HVAC sales team. You will review plans and specifications, prepare accurate, competitive quotes, and provide pricing and product information to customers.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, an Associates degree preferred, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

What You Will Do:

• Review plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
• Provide pricing and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with sales team and manufacturers.
• Utilize AI estimating and take off software, web-based manufacturer selection tools, Microsoft Office Suite and other software to generate estimates and quotations

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• 2 or more years of work experience
