The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, with proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and MS Office tools, and a track record bidding for private-sector clients and NYC municipal projects.

This is an excellent onsite opportunity for a seasoned estimator who knows heavy civil work inside and out and can move confidently from blueprints to a defensible number. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-driven, and thrives in a high-volume bidding environment. This is a “doer” role for someone who enjoys owning takeoffs and cost analysis end to end and wants to make a direct impact on which jobs the firm wins.
Base salary range of $160,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
