Job summary

Jobot is actively seeking an experienced Estimator for our Fayetteville, NC commercial projects. The role focuses on detailed cost analysis, accurate takeoffs, and competitive bids across mid-Atlantic clients.

On-site coordination with the construction team ensures on-time delivery within budget. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years in estimation, proficiency with Bluebeam and PROCORE, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in project estimation, bidding, and construction management.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and PROCORE.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bids.
• Conduct thorough material take offs (MTO) to determine project requirements.
• Leverage expertise in commercial construction and blueprint reading to deliver high-quality project estimations.
• Utilize industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in the negotiation process with clients and suppliers to secure profitable contracts.
• Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Continually monitor industry trends and advancements to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports.
