Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator with hands-on AGTEK experience to support preconstruction and takeoff efforts for earthwork and site development projects in a busy civil construction environment. The role emphasizes independence in AGTEK takeoffs and integration with estimating teams.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of heavy civil estimating or takeoff work, experience with AGTEK Gradeworks/Earthwork, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year estimating or takeoff experience in heavy civil/site development.
• Hands-on AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork experience is required.
• Must be able to complete AGTEK takeoffs without software training.
• Experience in earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, excavation or related civil scopes preferred.

We are a growing civil/site development contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, and large-scale site development projects. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an Estimator with hands-on AGTEK experience to support preconstruction and takeoff efforts across heavy civil projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience using AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork for quantity takeoffs who wants to continue growing within estimating and heavy civil construction. While HeavyBid experience is a plus, the primary focus is finding someone who can immediately contribute within AGTEK without requiring software instruction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of estimating or takeoff experience within heavy civil or site development construction
• Hands-on AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork experience required
• Ability to independently complete AGTEK takeoffs without software training
• Experience within earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, excavation, or related civil scopes preferred
• HeavyBid experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret civil construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced estimating environment
