Jobot is seeking a Construction Estimator for a multi-entity contractor in Central Florida. The role involves preparing accurate estimates for commercial site development, using AGTEK Earthwork for takeoffs and site analysis, and reviewing drawings and specifications to support competitive bids.
You will develop pricing for labor, equipment, materials and subcontracted work, build detailed bid spreadsheets, and collaborate with leadership through the bid process.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
We’re hiring a Construction Estimator for a multi-entity contractor specializing in complete site development (paving, underground utilities, earthwork) throughout Central Florida. With more than 40 years in business, the company partners with general contractors, owners and developers on commercial projects ranging from smaller site packages to large, complex developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with 2+ years of civil construction experience and AGTEK experience who wants broader project exposure, direct access to experienced leadership and the opportunity to take on increasingly complex bids.
