Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator with hands-on AGTEK experience to support preconstruction and takeoff efforts for earthwork and site development projects in a busy civil construction environment. The role emphasizes independence in AGTEK takeoffs and integration with estimating teams.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of heavy civil estimating or takeoff work, experience with AGTEK Gradeworks/Earthwork, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year estimating or takeoff experience in heavy civil/site development.
• Hands-on AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork experience is required.
• Must be able to complete AGTEK takeoffs without software training.
• Experience in earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, excavation or related civil scopes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs using AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork.
• Support estimating efforts for earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, and site development projects.
• Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and site information.
• Assist with labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost analysis.
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership throughout the bidding process.
• Support preconstruction and estimating initiatives across multiple active projects.
• Assist with project handoffs and estimating documentation.
