Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $65,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

We’re hiring an Estimator to join a growing team supporting construction and structural projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a high-level estimator and grow long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and project bids
• Review blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
• Work heavily in Excel to build and manage estimates
• Support bid submissions and timelines (typically 1 week per project)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong math skills (basic geometry + trigonometry required)
• High attention to detail
• Experience using Excel (copying, linking cells, formulas)
• Construction-related experience or internship preferred

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to structural or steel projects
• Familiarity with estimating or takeoff processes
• Two performance reviews per year
