Job summary

TriPax Resources in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced construction estimator who will own the estimating process for landscape design-build projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. You will develop clear scopes of work and client-ready LMN-based proposals, catch missing information, and provide production-ready handoffs to the field.

• Experience building complete estimates from plans and quantity takeoffs
• Strong grasp of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Experience with assemblies, templates, and production rates
• Landscape design-build or construction estimating experience strongly preferred

• Comfort working with assemblies, templates, and production rates
• Sharp attention to detail and strong plan-reading skills
• Clear written communication and solid deadline management
• Landscape design-build or construction estimating experience strongly preferred
