Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Estimator for the Curry Honda dealership in Atlanta. You will follow the ICC process, greet customers, identify and resolve concerns, explain repairs, and prepare accurate estimates using major systems CCC, Mitchell, Audatex.

You bring at least 1 year of automotive estimator experience, strong attention to detail, clear communication, typing skills, and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Dealership: L0492 Curry Honda Lithia Curry Honda Position: Estimator Location: Onsite at Curry Honda Dealership

You will have your own workshop with a lift, alignment machine, mount and balance machine, desk and laptop.

What You'll Do

Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when work will be complete.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for repair needs.
• Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: CCC Mitchell Audatex.
• Maintain and update production, notes, and repair order detail and production status.
