Servpro of Augusta/Waterville is seeking an Estimator/Production Manager to lead restoration projects and production crews. You will focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development within a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Background check as required by law.

• Provide priority response to potential customers.

• Manage equipment and materials.
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

We are looking for an Estimator/Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager/Estimator oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience, ranges from $60,000 - $80,000 annually with quarterly bonus based on performance.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
