Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville is seeking an Estimator/Production Manager to oversee restoration projects and production crews. You will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development in a frontline management role.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restoration projects and production crews.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and revenue/profit growth.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers/clients.
• Schedule crews and resources for active projects.
• Coordinate production with crews and subcontractors.
• Review job files to support services provided.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Manage production expenses and equipment/materials.
• Ensure safety and risk management guidelines are followed.
