The role requires a deep background in general contracting estimates, across MEP, site work, and electrical, with the ability to price a high volume of bids ranging from $25K to $5M+. The candidate should be proficient in digital takeoff and estimating software, demonstrating strong takeoff capabilities and willingness to handle both small and large projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating for a general contractor
• Experience across multiple trades (MEP, site work, electrical)
• Pricing a high volume of bids from $25K to $5M+ and willingness to take small jobs
• Strong takeoff skills and experience with digital takeoff and estimating software
• US citizen or green card holder

My client is an excellent Construction Management firm that is actively seeking an Estimator to help on the General Construction side. Looking for:

• 10+ years estimating for a general contractor, with full-scope general construction estimates in your portfolio
• Experience across multiple trades, ideally including MEP, site work and electrical
• Comfortable pricing a high volume of bids from $25K to $5M+, and willing to take on small, simple jobs as readily as large ones
• Strong takeoff skills and experience with digital takeoff and estimating software
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder
