• 3+ years of construction estimating experience with industrial projects.
• Experience with Commercial or Industrial General Contractors preferred.
• Experience estimating manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or distribution centers.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction methods and estimating principles.
• Familiarity with design-build and preconstruction processes preferred.
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools.

Green Key Resources has partnered with a well-established and respected Commercial General Contractor in the Greater Philadelphia market on their search for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in industrial construction.

Projects: Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Food & Beverage Processing Facilities, Production Facilities, Facility Expansions, Renovations & Ground-Up Construction

This is an opportunity to join an established regional contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. The company has extensive experience in design-build construction, a strong portfolio of industrial projects, long-standing client relationships, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process by developing accurate and competitive estimates across a variety of industrial construction projects. You'll work closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop budgets, evaluate scope, and help position projects for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience, with a strong background in industrial projects.
• Experience with a Commercial or Industrial General Contractor strongly preferred.
• Experience estimating manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, food processing facilities, or similar industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, sequencing, and estimating principles.
• Experience preparing conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and subcontractor bid evaluations.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
• Familiarity with design-build construction and preconstruction processes preferred.
• Proficiency with construction estimating and takeoff software, including Bluebeam or similar programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
