The role focuses on the overall management of interior, new construction ground-up projects and driving profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead staff assigned to projects, build relationships with owners and tenants, and ensure accurate, timely paperwork

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Estimator or Project Manager on interior and ground-up projects.
• Healthcare construction experience a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of assigned construction projects to meet quality, schedule, and profitability goals.
• Lead project staff and coordinate with owners, tenants, and consultants.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and administrative tasks for project execution.
• Provide estimating input as needed to support bids.
