This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion while working on a diverse portfolio of federal, healthcare, senior living, and public-sector projects. They are delivering projects across the DMV and North Carolina, supported by a strong pipeline of federal design-build work and long-standing repeat client relationships.
The company primarily delivers healthcare facilities, community and senior living developments, public sector projects, and federal construction work. Their project portfolio typically consists of projects valued between $3 million and $5 million, with larger opportunities reaching up to $10 million. On average, the scope of work they pursue ranges from $750,000 to $1 million, and they maintain a consistent pipeline, estimating approximately two to three bids per week across their target sectors.
