Job summary

BLOX is seeking an Executive Estimating Leader to own preconstruction pricing, margin strategy, and enterprise data practices. You will lead a breadth of standards, manage a senior team, and_present to the Executive Leadership and Board on pursuit economics.

The role requires 12+ years in construction with proven C-suite collaboration and a track record of improving estimate-to-actual performance across multiple programs. On-site leadership in BLOX’s US operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 12+ years in construction with 6+ years in Preconstruction and Estimating and leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of estimating accuracy and margins across programs or platforms.
• Strong relationships with client and commercial partners at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, preconstruction, and VE materials for pursuits; present to executives.
• Lead standards for estimating, data practices, and cost data management.
• Develop and supervise multi-layer estimating organization and leaders.
• Drive strategic pipeline decisions and pricing frameworks across programs.
