Faith Technologies Incorporated in Menasha, WI, is seeking an Estimating Project Management Intern to gain hands-on exposure to time, cost, materials, and labor estimating while supporting preconstruction teams.
You will participate in takeoffs, site walk-throughs, and bid preparation, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and project managers to refine estimates and learn industry practices under supervision.

The Estimating Project Management Intern is responsible for working closely with Estimating Project Management and Preconstruction teams on assigned projects so as to enhance the Intern’s industry knowledge and career progression with the Company. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Accubid and
blueprint reading and general construction knowledge is preferred.
Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or relevant program
Experience: No previous work experience is required. However, relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management will be advantageous.
Travel: 5-15%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
Reviews specification information and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Attends job site walk-throughs with Senior Estimator and/or Estimating Supervisor as necessary.
Organizes bid components to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Performs takeoffs electronically on screen and from drawings (i.e., circuiting and scaling drawings, counting devices and equipment, etc).
Consults with clients, vendors, foremen, superintendents, and project managers to discuss and formulate estimates.
Confers with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Finalizes and follows up on completed bids
Processes miscellaneous paperwork
