Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Intern in Madison, WI. The role supports Project Management and Preconstruction on assigned projects to gain industry knowledge and career progression within the company.

The ideal candidate is proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred. 15–20% travel and a Monday–Friday schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• No prior work experience required, relevant coursework or internships are advantageous.
• Travel 15-20% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.
• Visit various jobsites and interact with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors.
• Review portions of outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical EngineeringExperience: No previous work experience is required. However, relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management will be advantageous.Travel: 15-20%Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with the planning, organizing, and staffing of electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.Visits various jobsites and interacts with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors.Reviews assigned portions of assigned outgoing estimates with Estimating Department to ensure accuracy.Contacts vendors to obtain materials for construction projects.Attends weekly and monthly meetings (i.e., Staffing Meeting, Project Manager Meeting, Sales Meeting, etc.).Processes miscellaneous paperwork.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
