Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Management Intern to support project management and preconstruction activities. This role provides hands-on industry exposure and career growth opportunities within the Company.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering programs, with strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is a plus. Travel of 15-20% is expected as part of the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering
• No prior work experience required; relevant coursework or internships helpful
• Willing to travel 15-20%
• Flexible schedule, hours typically 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects
• Visit jobsites and interact with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors
• Review assigned portions of outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy
• Contact vendors to obtain materials for construction projects
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, Project Manager, Sales)
• Process miscellaneous paperwork

The Project Management Intern is responsible for working closely with Project Management and Preconstruction on assigned projects so as to enhance the Intern’s industry knowledge and career progression with the Company. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering

Experience: No previous work experience is required. However, relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management will be advantageous.

Travel: 15-20%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
