Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering/Technology; may be substituted with extensive related work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Mechanical, electrical, and/or civil/structural experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP to determine scope of work and estimate requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoff development from drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Develop an estimate to support proposal creation and bid submittal documents, including complex pricing sheets.
