Upgrade Resources is seeking an Estimating Manager for commercial construction in Oklahoma City, OK. This hybrid role (1 day from home) offers $105,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience.

The candidate will prepare cost estimates for bids, develop economical build methods, and coordinate with operations, field staff, trade partners, and clients. A 3+ year estimating background in commercial construction is required, with 5+ years total construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Total construction experience of 5+ years is preferred.
• Established trade partner relationships are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, estimating software, and reading drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation, pricing, and coordination.
• Develop scopes of work for all trades and maintain an audit trail from estimate to estimate.
• Collaborate with operations, field staff, and clients to improve project profitability.
• Support preconstruction with economical build approaches and participate in procurement presentations.
• Mentor others and build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
