Conductor Power is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the preparation and review of cost estimates for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, substations, and BESS. You will manage the bid process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and competitive.
The role requires 7+ years of construction estimating experience in renewable energy or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, and strong leadership and communication

The Estimating Manager is responsible for leading estimating efforts and overseeing the preparation of accurate, competitive project estimates for utility‑scale renewable energy construction projects, including Solar, Substations, and BESS. The role manages the estimating team and serves as the Bid Captain for key opportunities, coordinating the bid process from initial request through proposal submission.
The Estimating Manager oversees the team, including Estimator I, Estimator II, and Senior Estimator roles, providing guidance, review, and mentorship to ensure estimates meet company standards for accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness.
