  • Resolve field issues, manage change orders, and drive safety-first project delivery.

  • Background in utility, EPC, or high-voltage electrical construction.
  • Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and contract management.

  • OSHA 30 and/or First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
What You’ll Do (Estimating)
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for medium- and high-voltage construction projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope to perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor/material pricing.
  • Support bid strategy, vendor and subcontractor engagement, and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align estimates with constructability and schedule.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of cost databases and estimating tools.
What You Bring (Estimating)
  • 3+ years of estimating experience in electrical, utility, or industrial construction.
