Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent forging industry experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with 3D CAD is mandatory.
• Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, blueprints, and documents to prepare quotes.
• Compute costs by evaluating materials, processes, labor, and time.
• Collaborate with sales, metallurgy, production, and engineering to develop quotes.
• Present estimates with technical drawings and descriptive information.
• Work accurately and efficiently to generate quotes under pressure.
