Job summary

UFP Site Built in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Estimating Design Admin to support the Estimating Team with data entry and high-volume email communication. This role requires strong organization and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Access.

The successful candidate will manage digital files, support the estimating process, and perform various administrative duties as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or education.
Experience working with business/office procedures.
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.

UFP Site Built is the leader in designing and manufacturing value-added wood and non-wood products for the construction industry. We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and cold formed steel structural components.

We are looking for administrative support to join the Truss Design Admin Team in San Antonio, TX! The Estimating Design Admin will assist the Estimating Team by providing administrative support, performing data entry and managing high volume email communication with internal and external customers.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Manage high volume email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
Manage high volume instant messaging communication using Microsoft Teams
Track Estimating requests via Microsoft Power App and Microsoft Access
Data Entry into MiTek Business Application.
Data Entry into Microsoft Excel
Organize digital files
Performs other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or education
Experience working with business/office procedures
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
