Job summary

DAVACO is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support the estimating process from project award through bid review. You will source qualified subcontractors, request quotes, and track pricing, while researching material costs, lead times, budgets, and logistics for projects across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field or trade experience preferred.
• Ability to work self-directed and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets by understanding plans, updating specifications, and projecting costs.
• Process and file documents in Oracle for assigned Estimators; maintain accurate files.
• Prepare and file documents like purchase orders and sub-contractor agreements; manage billing packages.
