• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in residential homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

The specialist ensures all product descriptions, pricing, configurations, and material requirements are entered with precision and aligned to customer specifications.
