Qualifications

• 3+ years of data administration or estimating experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in residential homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The Estimated Options Specialist (EOS) serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding measurable data administration. This role is responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance, validation, and optimization of measurable options within BuildOn's systems. The specialist ensures all product descriptions, pricing, configurations, and material requirements are entered with precision and aligned to customer specifications.
