SERVPRO is seeking an Estimate Review Specialist in the Quality Assurance Department to audit and validate job files against carrier guidelines. You will review estimates, ensure accuracy, and manage cycle times while maintaining a 95% department scorecard average.

The role requires strong analytical and mathematical abilities, the capacity to handle about 40 claims per day, and excellent customer service. Training and cross-team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in customer support, QA or audit.
• Experience in insurance, damage estimation or similar preferred.
• Basic understanding of loss estimation for residential or commercial properties.
• IICRC/WRT/ASD certification or ability to obtain within the first year.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Responsabilités

• Review estimates based on carrier guidelines.
• Manage cycle times and quality of estimate reviews timely and fairly.
• Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to guidelines.
• Utilize technology to review and analyze written information and estimated damages.
• Able to review at least 40 claims per day at varying stages.
• Attend trainings, meetings and projects as needed.
• Communicate with Franchises via phone, email and internal systems.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Maintain required case load and department scorecard targets.
