Job summary

Neill Corp is hiring an Esthetics Educator or Esthetics Educator Intern for the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Austin. The role focuses on guiding students, delivering Aveda-based instruction, and maintaining a clean clinic/classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have Cosmetology/Esthetics licensure, 2–5+ years behind the chair, and strong presentation and training skills. Evening/weekend availability is required; Aveda knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required (instructors license not required).
• Aveda product knowledge/experience preferred.
• Aveda experience preferred.
• 2–5+ years behind the chair.
• Strong presentation & communications skills.
• Experience training and coaching.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going recognition, support, and motivation to students
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods
• Maintain clinic/classroom sanitation
• Address student challenges
• Participate in instructor meetings
